MISSION
The Pell Project exists because undocumented, college-bound students do not have access to federal financial aid.
We provide undocumented students with a significant private scholarship, equivalent to the US Pell Grant to break down economic barriers to college.

Out-of-state/International Tuition
Six states consider undocumented students to be out of state or international students and charge them out-of-state or international rates. Some bar undocumented students from receiving financial aid.
